Stoer Head
Stoer Head (Rubha Stoer in Scots Gaelic) is a point of land north of Lochinver in Sutherland, NW Scotland. A lighthouse on the point marks the northern entrance to The Minch. ==Geography== The peninsula is about 6 km long and 3 km wide, and has a number of scattered small settlements including Culkein, Balchladich and Achnacarnin.
